Inbox finally feels like an inbox

Real unread badges. Bold names on rows that need you. Stronger highlight on anything sitting over a day. New Unread filter at the top.

The AI no longer replies to a 👍. If a lead's last message is just an emoji, the chat closes. The moment they send a real text, it reopens.

One-click archive on every row. New Channel filter. Click a chat from the Deals board, it opens in a modal so you don't lose your place.

Send when contacts are awake

You can now respect each contact's local time, pulled from their phone number's country code. Messages only go out between 8 AM and 8 PM where they live.

Strict US mode also blocks Sunday sends.

The TCPA stuff is real. This is my cleanest answer to it.

Other wins

Voice notes and video audio go through a much better speech model. The AI shares better links from your site (Elementor, Webflow, JetEngine all work now). Daily Summaries opens on yesterday by default. Failed payments get a graduated flow instead of locking you out overnight.

For agency owners

Custom domains provision SSL to connect the systems each client already uses. Phone home-screen shortcuts use your app name and logo. Vanity API hostname flows through the embed snippet, docs, and help panel. Tenant docs are fully branded for shares, AI tools, and search. You can hide entire pages per sub-account. You can resell credits without a Stripe account using a Custom Payment Provider webhook.
